Visit to Ozu and Uchiko

We visited nearby Ozu's Retro Town and various historical sites in Uchiko on August 26. Ozu reminded me of Inuyama (where we lived from 1993 to 2001) with its castle overlooking a river where ukai (fishing using birds) takes place in the summer. The theater in Uchiko was especially interesting. We actually got to tour under the stage. All and all, it was interesting to tour both these nearby towns that up until now I didn't even realize existed.
